Slices for carpaccio
These are the ingredients you need
4 beef tomatoes - 4 tsp. capers - small bottle of balsamic vinegar syrup - 200 g black olives - 4 tbsp. pesto - small container of rocket - 2 shallots - 4 tbsp. flour - sunflower oil
Preparation
Peel the shallots and slice them into thin rings. Separate the rings and put them in a small bowl. Sprinkle the flour over them and toss carefully. Put 3-4 tablespoons of sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry the shallots until they are crunchy and golden brown. Drain them on paper towels and then season to taste with salt and pepper. Cut the beef tomatoes into thin slices and distribute them over the plate. Top the tomato slices with the remaining ingredients.
