Yellow and red tomatoes with bell peppers and feta

These are the ingredients you need

5 red cocktail tomatoes - 5 yellow cocktail tomatoes - 2 red bell peppers - 2 yellow bell peppers - 100 g feta, in small cubes - 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil - 1 tbsp paprika powder - 1 bunch of coriander

Preparation

Cut the cocktail tomatoes into quarters. Slice off the tops and bottoms of the bell peppers. Place upright and cut from top to bottom in straight slices, removing all seeds and membranes. (Make sure that there are no white parts remaining on the flesh.) Slice the bell peppers into square cubes. Skewer a piece of yellow tomato onto each piece of red bell pepper, top with feta and a coriander leaf; skewer a piece of red tomato onto each piece of yellow bell pepper, top with feta and a coriander leaf. Mix the paprika powder and olive oil and drizzle over the skewers. You can also serve the paprika oil next to the skewers for dipping.
