Stuffed tomatoes

These are the ingredients you need

6 cherry plum tomatoes - 100 g shrimps - 2 tbsp mayonnaise - 1 tbsp crème fraîche - 1/5 cucumber - 1/5 bunch of chives - salt and pepper

Preparation

Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds with a teaspoon. Remove the seeds of 1/5 cucumber and chop into small cubes. Finely slice 1/5 bunch of chives. Mix the mayonnaise and crème fraîche with the shrimps, cucumber and chives. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spoon 1 tsp shrimp mixture in each tomato and sprinkle with some chopped chives.

Variations

To enrich the shrimp salad, add small apple cubes and / or chicory.
