Coriander hummus with feta and tomato

These are the ingredients you need

200 g hummus - 2 tbsp full fat yogurt - 200 g feta, crumbled - 8 tomatoes on the vine - 1 bunch of coriander - handful of lettuce leaves - bread for dipping - empty jam jar

Preparation

Finely chop half of the coriander and mix with the hummus. Use a fork to mix the yogurt through the crumbled feta. Cut the tomatoes into slices, thin strips and then into tiny cubes. Put some salad in a pot and spoon over a small layer of hummus. Add a thin layer of the tomato cubes and a few sprigs of coriander and then a thin layer of feta. Repeat this process, in each case alternating between a layer of hummus, feta, tomato and a bit of salad. Serve with bread for dipping.
