Blending for smoothies
These are the ingredients you need
3 large ripe vine tomatoes - 100 g strawberries - 1/2 mango - A few mint leaves
Preparation
Remove the crowns from both the tomatoes and the strawberries and cut them all into quarters. Peel the mango and remove its seed. Cut half of the mango into four slices and puree them along with all the other ingredients in a blender until everything is smooth (about 2 minutes). Garnish the smoothies with the mint leaves.
